ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the academic burnout level of nursing interns, and to analyze the influence path of nursing professional self-concept and professional values on the academic burnout of nursing interns. Methods:From September to December 2021, 204 nursing students who practiced for 6 months in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were surveyed using the College Student Learning Burnout Scale, the Nursing Professional Self-Concept Scale and the Nursing Professional Values Scale. Structural equation modeling using AMOS 23.0.Results:The total score of academic burnout was (52.37 ± 11.60), which was in the middle level. The results of correlation analysis showed that the nurses' professional values were negatively correlated with depression, misbehavior, and low sense of achievement ( r=-0.253, -0.256, -0.406), and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01). Nursing professional self-concept was negatively correlated with depression, misbehavior, and low sense of achievement ( r=-0.466, -0.414, -0.525), and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01). Intern nursing students' nursing occupational self-concept had a partial mediating effect on their professional values and academic burnout, and the mediating effect accounted for 48.57% of the total effect. Conclusions:Professional values of nursing students can directly affect academic burnout, and also indirectly affect them through nursing professional self-concept.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To observe the expression levels of small ubiquitinated protein specific protease (SENP) 1 and small ubiquitin-related modifier protein (SUMO) 1 in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), and analyze the clinical value of evaluating prognosis. Methods:The clinical data of 66 patients with DLBCL (DLBCL group) in Inner Mongolia People′s Hospital from February 2017 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and 60 cases of healthy people in the same period were selected as the healthy control group. The expression levels of SENP1 and SUMO1 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The correlation between the expression levels of SENP1, SUMO1 and clinical characteristics was analyzed. The independent risk factors affecting the prognosis were analyzed by Cox multivariate analysis. Results:The SENP1 in DLBCL group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group (50.39 ± 6.86 vs. 7.47 ± 1.32), the SUMO1 in DLBCL group was significantly lower than that in healthy control group (8.84 ± 2.13 vs. 31.49 ± 5.89), and there were statistical differences ( t = 47.640 and 29.210, P<0.01). There were statistical differences in SENP1 and SUMO1 among patients with different clinical stages ( P<0.01). The expression levels of SENP1 and SUMO1 were correlated with clinical stage and international prognostic index (IPI) ( P<0.05), and were not correlated with age, gender, disease site and clinical symptoms ( P>0.05). The 3-year survival rate in patients with high SENP1 expression (30 cases) was significantly lower than that in patients with low SENP1 expression (36 cases), the 3-year survival rate in patients with high SUMO1 expression (38 cases) was significantly higher than that in patients with low SUMO1 expression (28 cases), and there were statistical differences (26.67% vs. 75.00% and 73.68% vs. 39.29%, P<0.05). Cox multivariate regression analysis result showed that clinical stage, IPI, SENP1 and SUMO1 were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis in patients with DLBCL ( HR = 1.352, 1.487, 2.048 and 3.295; 95% CI 1.180 to 1.691, 1.187 to 1.602, 2.536 to 4.023 and 2.752 to 5.325; P<0.05 or <0.01). Conclusions:In patients with DLBCL, SENP1 is highly expressed and SUMO1 is lowly expressed. The expression levels of SENP1 and SUMO1 are closely related to clinical stage and IPI in patients with DLBCL, and they are independent risk factors of the prognosis.

ABSTRACT

The knowledge of endocrine metabolic diseases represented by type 2 diabetes mellitus is highly specialized, complicated, and has many clinical guidelines. In this context, team based learning teaching combined with case teaching based on evidence-based medicine was applied in the actual class teaching. The class was divided into several groups and the students were encouraged to discuss and study from each other with the guidance of teachers. Consequently, students' learning interests and spirit of team-work were greatly enhanced, the way of thinking using evidence-based medicine and their ability to solve the practical clinical problems were also improved.

ABSTRACT

α-cells, which synthesize glucagon, also support β-cell survival and have the capacity to transdifferentiate into β-cells. However, the role of α-cells in pathological conditions and their putative clinical applications remain elusive due in large part to the lack of mature α-cells. Here, we present a new technique to generate functional α-like cells. α-like cells (iAlpha cells) were generated from mouse fibroblasts by transduction of transcription factors, including Hhex, Foxa3, Gata4, Pdx1 and Pax4, which induce α-cell-specific gene expression and glucagon secretion in response to KCl and Arg stimulation. The cell functions in vivo and in vitro were evaluated. Lineage-specific and functional-related gene expression was tested by realtime PCR, insulin tolerance test (ITT), glucose tolerance test (GTT), Ki67 and glucagon immunohistochemistry analysis were done in iAlpha cells transplanted nude mice. iAlpha cells possess α-cell function in vitro and alter blood glucose levels in vivo. Transplantation of iAlpha cells into nude mice resulted in insulin resistance and increased β-cell proliferation. Taken together, we present a novel strategy to generate functional α-like cells for the purposes of disease modeling and regenerative medicine.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To establish a pharmacy online to offline (O2O) platform service quality evaluation model, and to provide reference for platform operators to improve the service quality. METHODS:Using SERVQUAL scale, combining the situa-tion of pharmacy O2O platform development in China, the reliability, safety and aspects of O2O platform were analyzed to sum up primary evaluation index of pharmacy O2O platform service quality. Based on this, the expert interviews questionnaire was de-signed. According to the questionnaire results, indicators were modified and empowered to construct the pharmacy O2O platform service quality evaluation model;the reliability and validity of model were validated. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:According to the connotations of each dimension analysis in the SERVQUAL scale and expert interview results of pharmacy O2O platform ser-vice quality, pharmacy O2O platform service quality evaluation model is constructed, including five indicators as“reliability”“se-curity”,and 18 secondary indexes as the“number of platform pharmacy”“pharmacy qualification show”“pharmacy type”. The re-sults of model index reliability and validity verification show that model construction is reasonable and can provide reference for platform operators improving service quality. Follow-up research should give full consideration to the Chinese consumer behavior habits, personal preferences and other factors to build more suitable pharmacy O2O platform service quality evaluation model in China.
